Authentic Thai Cooking
I had such a great experience at this Thai cooking class! It was incredibly well run from start to finish—organized, engaging, and just the right balance of instruction and hands-on cooking. The recipes were excellent, and the food we made was absolutely delicious. I picked up some really useful skills too—like how to chop properly (game changer!) and even how to flip food in a frying pan… though I’m still working on that one. Apologies again to Titi for having to mop the floor twice because of me! There were lots of laughs along the way, and I walked away having learned a lot in a relaxed, fun environment. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable and tasty experience! -

Highly recommend! We had a blast at this sausage-making class in Chelsea Market. Even though it wasn't a private event, the group was small enough that we got consistent hands-on experience from start to finish. Having two instructors was great—they were helpful and kept things moving. Plus, you get to take home a ton of the sausages you actually made! They also provided a delicious charcuterie board from their butcher, along with beer, wine, and water. A fun, yummy, and very worth-it experience! -

Georgian Cooking Class
Really loved this class. Dona was extremely warm, friendly, enthusiastic, and hands-on. Even though her raw ingredient deliveries were delayed, she was extremely gracious and somehow managed all the food prep so quickly and smoothly that we prepared, cooked, and ate food in a very timely manner. I love that she gave background on a lot of the ingredients, including how the khachapuri is not actually supposed to be shaped like a "boat" as everyone always assumes, but is actually supposed to represent the sun! She also made sure that everyone participated in the food prep and cooking, and was very inclusive. Her explanations on techniques, methods, and Georgian-specific cultural facts were all very clear. The cooking and dining space were also just so cozy, warm, and inviting -- a little gem of a space in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the West Village! I really loved the way the dining room is set up and appointed. A very special touch that I was not expecting was that while we ate, she whipped two different types of Georgian wine, one sweet and one dry, for all of us to try. I've only had the pleasure of drinking Georgian wines a handful of times, so this was a very welcome treat! I'd highly recommend this class to anyone interested in understanding more about Georgian cooking. This class certainly demystified the cuisine for me and helped me realize how approachable it is (and how easy it can be, assuming you have experience cooking) as long as we come in with an open, positive mindset. -
Handmade Dumplings

My husband and I both agreed we'd take a cooking class with him again in a heartbeat. -

Spanish Paella (BYOB)
I had such a great time at this class. The atmosphere was relaxed but still felt like we were learning something valuable. The instructor broke down the paella-making process step by step and explained not just how to do each part, but why. From layering flavors to getting that perfect socarrat at the bottom of the pan, everything was easy to follow. It was a hands-on experience, so everyone got involved in chopping, stirring, and seasoning. The BYOB element made it even more fun since pairing a good Spanish wine with our cooking felt like being at a lively dinner party. By the end of the night, the kitchen smelled incredible. When we finally sat down to eat, the paella tasted even better than I had hoped. It was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Whether you are a total beginner or a confident home cook looking to sharpen your skills, I would recommend this class. It strikes the perfect balance between education, fun, and great food. -
