  My friends and I did the Spanish Paella class and it was so much fun!! The staff is super friendly, they walk you through everything and then you cook it at your table. There is PLENTY of food, plus who doesn't love to cook when you don't have to clean up?! It was BYOB so that was great too, good wine, great friends, and even more amazing food. I love that they send you the recipes you made in class- I was able to create the croquettes many times at home- they are my favorite and would have never attempted to make them without this class. I can't wait to try more classes!

  My girlfriends (Leonor & Lydia) and I enjoyed the class immensely!! John, our chef for the day, was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, personable, approachable, a good listener and clean, something that is super important especially in our current environment. John explained the presentation and process of each Tapa and eventually the Spanish Paella, in complete detail. The food and "special sauce" were absolutely delicious. We LOVED John and would take another class with him in a heartbeat. FYI - I'm sure you have other chefs in your company that are good presenters however, John was the one who made the impression on us! He is a tremendous asset to your organization. I've already spread the word of our experience to other friends who have conveyed their desire to participate in a class.

  Really fun mixture of hands-on while learning, and the class was taught by a very informed and helpful cook who was comfortable working with different levels of knowledge. He also did a great job of engaging the class to connect, and, push to have individuals talk about how else they could make these dishes at home. Left the class really knowing how to make things, and, not feeling overwhelmed to try them!

  I highly recommend this cooking class for all. Erica was so friendly and provided clear directions. All the dishes came out delicious.You are very much involved in cooking, so you learn a lot. At the end of the class, you get to eat what you created. Amazing class!

  I highly recommend this cooking class for all levels of people looking to learn not just hot to make Spanish food but the methodology and helpful tips that one typically would not realize how streamline you can cook these types of cuisine. This is my second class I had taken where John is our chef and I enjoy how he prepares things for us and points out the difficulties of and makes it fun! It's fun for all either single people or couples/buddies. The environment and setting is perfect for learning and eating! Good luck and enjoy!

  Chef John was terrific. This was more than just the recipes. He shared lots of kitchen tips, information on the ingredients and some very entertaining stories. We all sat down for dinner afterward like a family and chatted away like we had known each other for years. I would definitely attend his next class. The next day, I made white gazpacho and the pork tenderloins with romesco sauce. What a difference from simply following the recipes or watching the food channel. I am so happy that I took this class and I am happy to give it my highest recommendation.

  Its a fun and informative class, very much worth the price for the experience and the educational value, and the beautiful meal at the end of the day! I would prefer if there was some booze control as one of my tablemates got a bit too drunk.
