  Overall, this was a beneficial and very constructive course. The instructor was well prepared, experienced, a good communicator and knew the material very well. I thought the course progressed at a good pace with respect to the subject matter, slide, exercises, etc. The exercises were challenging, but not overwhelming, and were very helpful!

  It is a fast-paced program where the teachers do a great job of making sure everybody is keeping up. The projects and assignments were challenging and interesting as well. The only con for me was the age gap between students but it wasn't a big problem.

  I truly loved the class. The instructor was clear and detailed in every explanation. Slow enough to keep up with and would not speed on ahead and would let you interrupt the class for any questions you needed answered.   I thought the class was informative as well as a great introduction to Excel. The instructor was detailed and very attentive to the questions asked by the class. He taught us shortcuts and ways to make our experience dealing with Excel very smooth. He pre-sent a list of shortcuts on how to use the keys on your keyboard to make things faster. Just an overall great experience. I will be taking the 2nd Excel level course and hope that I have the same experience.

  The course was expertly addressed. The teacher took time but not too long to make sure everyone in the class was up to speed. The students varied in excel skill level but with an Intermediate class nothing took too long for everyone to fully grasp. I think the teacher thoroughly went through exercises and practice problems. Sometimes even called on students to complete exercises in front of the classroom. Everyone was called on about once and if you really do not know you do not need to go up. It's more of a way of making you feel proud of figuring it out. I will definitely be back for a higher level course! Thanks again!

  Great class, easy to follow and learned a lot. Instructor was easy to follow and made learning the topics easy. The class does contain a lot of topics to cover but moves at a good pace. Andrew helped anyone that needed it. The classroom is ok and computers where fine. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. One added bonus was the ability to come back and retake the class, which I will do once I practice some of these functions.

This class was the most well received class of the three years and approximately 20 classes we have had. The instructor - Professor Lipson - is the perfect combination of academic and real world relevance. Put simply the class was absolutely captivating! Any time spent learning from or listening to Professor Lipson will be time well spent!
