Here at Eataly we love pizza. Why? Because there is not just one type! With so many choices, tonight we want to teach you about two of our other favorites: Panzerotti and Rossopomodoro's Calzone.
In this hands-on class and dinner, we'll start from the basics, the dough. Watch as our Chef of La Scuola and our expert pizzaioli from Rossopomodoro, Italy’s premier producer of authentic Neapolitan pizza, show us how to make the perfect pizza dough. From there, our Chef of La Scuola will teach you all about Puglia's favorite street food panzerotti, a half-moon-shaped pocket of dough filled with savory ingredients, fried to golden perfection. As Chef teaches you how to fill and fry your own, you'll mix and mingle with other guests while enjoying beverages perfectly paired by our beverage expert.
Next, Rossopomodoro's expert pizzaiolo will teach you all about Neapolitan tradition and everything you need to know about the ingredients and technique to make the perfect Calzone. You'll fill your own, and once it is baked to perfect, you'll enjoy it seated at our communal table.

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Seating is first-come, first-served. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
