The preparation of Beignets, which is a delicious puff fry sweet pastry, includes yeast dough technique, bake and frying. You'll get a chance to learn the theory of Beignet as you make your own to take home!
Each student will go home with his/her own pastries (around half dozen beignets/bonboloni)
