A party-worthy dish, paella is one of the ultimate one dish wonders. This is our favorite style: layers of seafood, chicken and chorizo cooked with Spanish rice, saffron and aromatics.
We don't have any age restrictions on either our classes or events. We take people of all ages, but those under 21 years of age are not allowed to consume wine or any alcoholic beverages.
Tickets can be fully refunded up to a week before the class, less a 5% processing fee. If less than a week, you may reschedule or request a refund, with a $25 per ticket fee. If within 48 hours of class, there will be no refunds issued or rescheduling allowed (but tickets are transferable).
