Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions. You can reschedule your booking up to 5 days prior to the start time of the class using online rebooking. Rescheduling requests within 5 days of the class and no-show participants will not be accommodated. New bookings made within 5 days of the class cannot be rescheduled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your class, you may be denied entry and will not be offered a refund or rescheduling. Taste Buds Kitchen will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances including schedule conflicts, illnesses, last-minute emergencies, and any other circumstance.

Waiver Policy: Guest participation is subject to the execution of our waiver. Guests under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian (no nannies/sitters, grandparents, carpooling parents, etc). Any guests without a signed waiver will not be able to participate and will not be offered a refund or rescheduling.

Disclaimer: This class and/or event may involve the use of induction cooking. This type of cooking may not be suitable if you have certain health conditions or implanted cardiac-rhythm devices. It is recommended that you speak with your physician prior to engaging in induction cooking and prior to purchasing a class and/or attending an event where induction cooking will be used. Refunds are not provided for an inability to utilize induction cooking equipment. Taste Buds Kitchen shall not be liable for any complications that may result from your use of induction cooking equipment.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    I loved the space and the atmosphere. We had a great time but the class was too short for the amount of cooking. I’d recommend to add 30 minutes to the class duration. Chef Vincenzo was great with the explanations and very helpful. I really like him. About the recipes: The Quesada was great, easy to make a full of flavor with great taste. The paella and croquetas recipes need some adjustments to resemble a real Spanish versions: I recommend to use a “fumet de pescado”or chicken broth for the paella to add flavor because it was pretty bland and it would help to cook it in a real paella pan. Don’t get me started with the croquetas: I think that, because you can’t fry them there, you made adjustments to the recipe - the panko breadcrumbs is a great idea for cooking in the oven- but 1) that bechamel needed way more milk and some onion; 2)definitely less chorizo that make them really greasy; 3) the manchego is a great idea when you’re not using enough milk to make them “juicy” but, with that big amount of chorizo, the result is too filling and not smooth. I’d recommend to use ham, chicken, spinach-goat cheese, or cod instead. We had a great time with the couple that we cook with but, for me, being a Spaniard from La Mancha wanting to introduce my friend to cooking Spanish food, the recipes weren’t authentic enough. I hope this helps.

    My friends and I did the Spanish Paella class and it was so much fun!! The staff is super friendly, they walk you through everything and then you cook it at your table. There is PLENTY of food, plus who doesn't love to cook when you don't have to clean up?! It was BYOB so that was great too, good wine, great friends, and even more amazing food. I love that they send you the recipes you made in class- I was able to create the croquettes many times at home- they are my favorite and would have never attempted to make them without this class. I can't wait to try more classes!
