What you'll learn in this baking class:

There’s nothing like fresh baked bread! Welcoming beginner and intermediate bakers and just about everyone in the world who loves bread, learn the basics of bread making from our Artisan Bakers.

Learn basic tips on ingredient selection, kneading, baking times and more, for a user friendly understanding of bread baking and techniques. 

After the bake, the class will divide and take home the bounty of Baguettes, Chocolate & Cheese Rolls and Dried Fruit & Nut Breads made in-class.
School Notes: Please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early to class as we start right on time. In addition, please walk directly into the bakery and not the restaurant.

Great class! The instructor was very knowledgeable. You will go home with a lot of bread and the baguettes won't keep well so plan for the company at dinner or someone to share with so they don't go to waste.

Class size & structure were great! The instructor, Jack, was thorough & thoughtful in his explanations. The bounty of bread was more than enough to share & oh so delicious! Overall, this course is highly recommended & I’m looking forward to taking others.

We thoroughly enjoyed the class. The instructor was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we and other participants had. The resulting bread tasted great! And the dough we prepared at the end turned into delicious rolls at home. All in all, a success for my wife and I. We know much more about bread making now than we did before. The location was very convenient: just around the corner from a subway. Class size was perfect. Just the right amount of people to have some dialogue and get personal help with the techniques.
