Description
All Taste Of workshops include a welcome snack and beverage, 1.5 hours of hands-on cooking instruction, a small meal, a recipe packet, and a shopping guide.
Menu for Taste of Workshop (Vegetarian)
Mirza Ghasemi (Eggplant and Tomato Spread)
Roasted eggplant cooked into a smoky paste with tomatoes, paprika, turmeric, and plenty of garlic. An egg cracked on top gets incorporated before serving with fresh mint.
Zereshk Polo Ba Tahdig (Steamed Rice with Barberries)
Steamed basmati rice flavored with saffron and ghee, and served with barberries, pistachios, and almonds. Flour tortillas cook on the bottom as the rice steams for a crispy treat to pass at the table.
Sabzi Khordan (Fresh Herb Salad)
A platter of fresh herbs, scallions, radishes, whole walnuts, and feta topped with olive oil and dried mint.
*Food Allergies: This menu includes dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and wheat.
