Uncover the distinct taste & flavors of Japanese Ramen.

Make your own noodles & broth for this particularly renowned & well-loved Japanese dish. A meal on its own, it can be a complete meal depending on the various toppings added on this delicious dish which can include slices of pork, chicken, beef, sea foods (usually shrimp), assorted vegetables like carrots, onions, mushrooms, cucumber, spring onions, cilantro & green leafy vegetable like bok choy among others, fish or squid balls & eggs. This filling soup dish has been very popular all over the world because it is so easy to prepare & can be kept in a refrigerator to be consumed at a later time. Noodles vary from thin to thick, flat to round. The choice is endless for those noodle lovers.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.

Japanese Ramen
Reviewed by Janie d. on 12/9/2018
Chef Ed was an amazing teacher! He was funny and entertaining, but also very thorough explaining all the steps to make a delicious bowl of ramen. This was me and my husband's first CoCu Social class and we can't wait to take another cooking class again. We really enjoyed making our own pasta and getting our hands dirty in the process. We left the class with a strong understanding of how to make ramen and full bellies for the rest of the day. Thank you Chef Ed and your wonderful assistants for the amazing experience. We will see you at our next class :)
