What you'll learn in this culinary (meals) class:

In this class you'll get nutty with nut Milks and Cheeses, making great and simple dairy alternatives at home has never been so easy. You'll also learn amazing Tofu, and Tempeh, tips & tricks for creating a filling and flavorful meatless entree. Don't forget dessert, where egg replacement and alternatives will be covered.

This is the perfect class to take if you're just learning your new plant diet, or perhaps have a friend or loved one taking on new dietary restrictions.

The Brooklyn Kitchen has nice and friendly staff. They take the time to answer your questions. I wish they provided the recipes in class, but they did e-mail the recipes 2 days later. Overall, I highly recommend this school to others who love to cook!
