What you'll learn in this summer cooking class:

Take full advantange of summer's vibrancy and produce abundance by preparing balancing meals for the season. To lower accumulation of body heat and dehydration, Ayurveda recommends that we eat foods of predominantly sweet, bitter, and astringent tastes, foods that are moist and hydrating and have a cooling effect on the body. Learn how to put all these foods into delicious meals in either of these 2 classes!
