What you'll learn in this pasta making class:

Everyone loves pasta, It’s like a hug from the inside out.

Learn to make your own flavor infused pasta dough from flour, egg and water/scented olive oil, and salt. Is there a specific type of pasta that you will make in this class, then learn how to make two delicious sauces. The first, a delicious sunday gravy (Italian read sauce), and a creamy and decadent alfredo sauce. We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish. We will also share some of our favorite markets to source these fresh ingredients and basic equipment you'll need for making your own pasta at home.

No experience necessary! The only requirement is a fun attitude and a love of good food. Our venue offers delicious cocktails and wines for sell that will pair extremely well with your dinner that you and your friends will prepare. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive.

Our instructor was wonderful, set up at the restaurant worked although a few more pots to boil the pasta would have been great. In the end we enjoyed ourselves but the price of the class was way out of wack for what we got.

Chef Jamie was amazing - she was very warm, knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond to make the class both informative and fun! I really liked that she also shared her story of how she got into cooking, as well as her ability to make the class interactive. The pasta-making was a blast, and I highly recommend taking her classes for a fun night out with your friends, your significant other, or just to hone/develop some basic cooking skills. She even lets you taste your masterpiece! Also, it was a great location for the class- they do a terrific happy hour so you can take advantage of some drinks and relax as you cook into the evening. Would definitely recommend and come back for another class!
