What you'll learn in this meditation class:
In this 1.5 hour class, you develop regular meditation practice and improve your techniques in the safe and supportive environment. By the end of each class, you feel purified and rejuvenated energetically, and grounded with positive thoughts and attitude.
Prerequisite:
Beginners are advised to take Level 1 Inner Awakening Program to learn essential meditation techniques before joining the Weekly Meditation series.

Refund Policy
- No refunds are given from resigning from a class, workshop, or program once it has started.
- 31 business days prior to the event:
- The event fee is refundable, but a cancellation fee of $50 is charged.
- Less than 31 business days prior to the event:
- 50% of the event fee is refunded and a cancellation fee of $50 is charged.
- Within 11 business days of events, no fees are refundable.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
