    Jennifer the chef was super knowledgeable and fun to talk to , we made three different dinnners (mostly the main course) all were different and really great . Such a pleasure , the only thing that probably would be helpful is to be more demanding of the classmates! Truly a pleasure!

    All the 4 dishes lived up to it's class description- quick and ridiculously delicious! Nothing was left after our group sat down for dinner. The class of 9 (1 absent) was perfect size to watch, participate and learn how to cook the dishes. The teacher/chef was engaging, answered questions, gave cooking tips like how to hold a knife, even told a story on how the Puttanesca sauce got it's name. He gave the impression that cooking is a joy not a chore.

    I took this class with my husband and another couple. We had a great time. The teacher and staff were really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We loved The Bklyn Kitchen and can't wait to try out what we learned at home. The only thing I needed was maybe a half an hour more to have one more piece of chicken!
