Question from Anonymous
Is this class going to teach professional noodle stretching technique that you would see in a busy noodle shop, or just the kind of stretching technique you might do at home to make 1-4 portions? Thanks!
Answer from Brenda L. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi there! It's a home cook style. One of their mission is that everything is cooked in home cook style. They're trying to teach how to cook within 10 and be inspired by ingredients, and less of that professional. If you are aiming to open a noodle shop, this is not the correct class. Thank you.
Question from anonymous
Is this class offered other dates?
Answer from Brenda L. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi there! We don't have the upcoming dates yet, but you can save the class to your wishlist so you're automatically notified via e-mail the next time we add dates. Thanks!

This is my first class. I was nervous about go there alone so I paid one more for my friend to come with me. Hes hearing and I'm deaf. It wasn't bad. The version of hand pulled noodles wasn't what I wanted in my expectation. So I enjoyed my time with a friend. At least I learned something new for noodle salad.
