Anxiety is a very stressful place to live life from. The mind is spinning, trying to figure something out. The body holds lots of tension and it's challenging to focus your attention. This class is designed to release anxiety out of your body, calm your mind and find more grounding.
Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of awareness. It's a complete science that world with posture, movement, mantra, breath and meditation that allows us to experience higher stages of consciousness. It's a journey within yourself.
You don't need any previous experiences to take this class.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
