    Chef Lex and his sous chef Billy were fantastic! Chef Lex was a great teacher who was able to demonstrate how to do each step and provided a lot of information about each ingredient (what to look for and where to buy it). I will definitely take another class with him in the future!

    It was very special birthday gift for my girlfriend. We both loved it. Never made dumplings before and it was very great instructions for making it 3 different ways!! I love the variety of options that was given for the sushi to be made. Will definitely look forward another type of class.
