Thursday Jan 23rd, 4pm - 6:30pm
No matter what time of year, there's always a great reason to make pies. We'll be making delicious scratch-made crusts and fillings in this in-depth pie workshop. Each student will leave with a box full of mini pies and galettes made in class, including a mixed berry with lattice, key lime with a rum-spiked whipped cream, and classic apple galettes....
Tuesday Feb 4th, 7pm - 9pm
In this hands-on workshop, every student will make & decorate a 6-inch, 4 layer cake to take home at the end of class. Recipes will include a rich, dark chocolate cake, mocha swiss meringue buttercream & dark chocolate ganache. We'll also temper and create gold chocolate shards before assembling, filling and decorating the cakes.
