What you'll learn in this baking class:

Thick or thin crust? You decide! Come learn the best baking techniques as you create your own personal Pizza master piece.

Receive hands-on instruction from our Artisan Bakers on mixing your own Pizza dough and skillfully choosing your toppings. After the bake, enjoy your handiwork with a glass of Wine, Belgian Beer or Juice (included with your class purchase) at our communal table with your fellow Pizza makers.

Leave with your own hand made dough and home-made sauce to continue your Pizza making at home!

School Notes:
Please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early to class as we start right on time. In addition, please walk directly into the bakery and not the restaurant.

Very informative class in terms of dough making , also the pizza was not the best pizza I had ...the teacher was not very friendly , or organized, as we didn’t get our recipie in a folder , because she waited for the last minute to print and printer had a problem , so got an e mail with the information, which is good enough I guess

It was great and we recommend it to anyone. As a downside, we felt that the course was a bit scripted and we would have liked a little bit more personalized attention to our dough.
