First, I loved the location and ambiance of the NY Cake. Second, Davina (hopefully I am spelling her name correctly) was great host and instructor. She took her time to answer our questions and provided us with information and techniques for making the pizza that the team never knew. I love the science behind making pizza now. Third, the service of booking it was easy, very professional, and easy to do. I will definitely book another class again. -
