Nan Macmillan is a songwriter, vocalist and guitarist who recently moved to Brooklyn from Charlottesville, VA. She studied music and poetry writing in college, and went on to get her masters in performance and production at Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain. Nan released her debut EP "August and the In Between" in April, 2020. Her song “How Many Miles” was featured by NPR Music on “The Best 2021 Tiny Desk Contest Entries We Saw This Week.” She has been teaching for three years, and teaches songwriting to all levels, voice to all levels, and beginner guitar.
