She holds the highest degree of yoga certification (500 hr Yoga Alliance), is a certified doula (professional childbirth/labor assistant with DONA), Lamaze-certified childbirth educator, licensed massage therapist, Shiatsu and Reiki practitioner, and interfaith minister.
