Hal Wolin, a senior member of The Cocktail Guru Beverage Consulting Team, hails from Long Island and lives in Brooklyn, NY. He is a highly trained cocktail developer and events specialist, and has worked for The Cocktail Guru for the past 4 years. Hal is also the Treasurer of the United States Bartenders’ Guild NY chapter (USBG). Pamela Wiznitzer is a well-established NYC bartender, who also happens to be the President of the United States Bartenders’ Guild NY chapter (USBG). Pam has most recently helped to open “The Dead Rabbit,” a pre-prohibition-style cocktail and beer lounge in NYC’s financial district. Pam is also a Master’s student at NYU’s Food Studies Program. She has worked for The Cocktail Guru team for the past year.

Pam and Hal were great teachers. We had such fun, laughed so much and learned some really neat stuff and tried some really good drinks. Also, the tools they give you to go home with will make anyone appear to be a really professional bar tender.
