Attended: Cupcake Confections

I thought the main instructor and assistant were very nice, professional, fun. I think I expected a more advanced class. I learned two new techniques. Expensive night out, $95 for class, $47 for parking, $15 tolls, gas, dinner, But cupcakes were good, tasted great, but wanted to do more difficult products; filled, flavored.Overall enjoyed the night out with my girlfriend.

Attended: Date Night, Summer Feast

Terrific class. Very fun and exciting for beginners. Great instruction, relaxed environment, and not bad meal either :). A little long, and you eat a little late. A little tight quarters.

I thought it was really great. The instructor was super knowledgeable and I felt that her teaching was really informative as she included some schools of thought from the Torah, etc.
