Priti Robyn Ross, E-RYT 500, holds advanced certifications in Kripalu Yoga and Integrative Yoga Therapy. She has been teaching for more than two decades and has directed trainings in Kripalu Yoga, Prana Yoga, Pranotthan Yoga, and Integrative Yoga Therapy. Priti pioneered a cardiac yoga program at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center with Dr. Mehmet Oz, and has developed yoga and wellness programs for other New York City hospitals and major corporations worldwide.

Calming the Nervous System

The course was extremely helpful in reframing how we see stress. The instructor, Priti was so wonderful and made me feel heard and seen. Her good cheer and positive energy was infectious. I’d highly recommend this course. My only complaint is that it was only 3 sessions, once a week. I’d have liked there to be at least 2 sessions a week!
