So much fun. Well-organized. Only (minor) critique is that my knife could have been a little sharper to better cut the sushi without squishing the roll. Will definitely take more courses from this company!

It was definitely a fantastic experience! Sushi is a lot harder to make than it looks, and I now have a greater appreciation for it everytime I eat it!
My husband and I had so much fun at this class! I was a little nervous because 1) we were late because of traffic and 2) I’m not an Asian cuisine connoisseur so I was afraid the menu may be too authentic for my taste. We made four basic rolls, starting with the California. There were two raw fish options, plus crab, and all the traditional ingredients like avocado and cucumber. Chef Scott is high energy, fun, and engaging. He was very knowledgable and helpful. We learned so much and are confident enough to start making our own rolls at home.
