What you'll learn in this korean cooking class:

We will share with you how you can use the foundational Korean sauces and ingredients with ease as we make some of the most popular, traditional home dishes. Enjoy the full scale of Korean flavors in vegan dishes, from tangy, spicy, refreshing to earthy, nutty, and hearty!

On the menu:

Ssamjang 쌈장 - Soy paste dip with crudites
Miyeok chomuchim 미역 초무침 - Seaweed salad with spicy gochujang 'vinaigrette'
Yeongeun jorim 연근 조림 - Braised lotus root in sweet soy garlic sauce*
Ggwari gochu jjim 꽈리고추찜 - Steamed shishito peppers with sesame seasoning*
Maeun dubu jorim 매운 두부 조림 - Spicy braised tofu and Korean sweet potato

For the safety of all our students, we ask you come prepared for class. This includes adhering to few safety regulations in our kitchen:

Please wear closed-toe shoes
Hair must be tied back

Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone that is also registered for class unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

No refunds.
Students must cancel at least 4 business days before the scheduled class to receive a credit towards a future class.
Cancellations within 4 business days are not eligible for store credit.
For groups of four, we request that students must cancel class at least 8 business days in advance to receive credit.
However, we are always happy to welcome someone in your place. Class spots are fully transferable.

The school reserve the right to cancel the class if not enough people sign up by 72 hours before the scheduled class. In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
