Hayley Barna recently joined First Round Capital as a Venture Partner. First Round is one of the best known seed-stage venture capital firms with early investments in Uber, Square and Blue Apron.

Hayley is the cofounder of Birchbox, a subscription ecommerce company transforming the way women and men discover and shop for beauty, grooming and lifestyle products. Birchbox has over a million customers & raised over $70M. (First Round led Birchbox's Seed Round in 2010). As co-CEO, Hayley oversaw tech, marketing and operations at Birchbox. 

Yoni Bloch is the founder and CEO of Interlude, a technology company that designs, develops, markets and enables the creation of interactive videos.Interlude developed a patented technology that gives people the ability to gamify otherwise non-interactive videos & partcipate in them. Interlude has created interactive videos for Shell, Subaru, Fox TV, ESPN and others, as well as Bob Dylan’s wildly acclaimed interactive music video for “Like A Rolling Stone.” The five-year old startup has raised more than $36M in funding.

In Israel, Yoni is a successful rock musician and performer with three top-selling records. Fun fact: he was also a judge in the Israeli version of “American Idol.”
