Alexa Magnotto

Teaches at Actors Connection New York

Alexa works at the VO casting department at Sound Lounge. Before joining The Lounge, she worked in the commercial voice over department at Innovative Artists and as a freelance casting assistant for Broadway and Off-Broadway theater. Alexa has helped cast countless of TV and Radio commercials and loves working with actors to help them grasp the complex world of copy through tone and delivery. 

She is passionate about finding the various ways artists can embody one specific read. Alexa will break down what it means to "read with energy" with tips and tricks she has found for creating smooth and solid auditions, whether they're from home or in the booth.
