Paulina Borowsky

Teaches at Elite Fitness Studio

Paulina Danilczyk was born in Poland, and she graduated from the Polish National Ballet School in Warsaw. Paulina danced with “polish dance theatre”, a modern dance company, and then moved to New York to study modern dance. She graduated from Merce Cunningham Studio’s two year program, and began dancing modern dance in New York. While performing her choreographies, she began pursuing her interest in movement therapy. She studied at Kelly Kane School, and in 2004 became certified to teach Pilates mat. Paulina taught her “pilates with paulina” classes at the “society for martial arts” studio in Manhattan for two years, and in November 2007 Paulina joined the Elite Fitness Studio as a Pilates and Yoga instructor. In March 2008 Paulina studied with Mary Barnes in her “yoga for two” program and became a certified pre-natal, postpartum, and baby yoga instructor. In July, Paulina’s son Daniel was born, and she is looking forward to starting to teach her “mommy and baby” classes.
