Heidi Smith, MA is a therapist who works holistically with flower essences and a blend of psycho-spiritual modalities to encourage healing, integration, and transformation in her clientele. She splits her private practice between her office in Manhattan and her home in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Heidi’s intention is to help people help themselves and feels the plant spirits desire to support our evolution. 

Heidi holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Antioch University New England. She has studied flower essences under master herbalist, nutritionist, and flower essence practitioner Claudia Keel, as well as Focusing, energetic work, and ancient Egyptian mysticism with healer Jane Bell. She is currently working towards a degree in Herbalism at the Arbor Vitae School of Traditional Herbalism in Manhattan.
