Herve Rousseau

Teaches at Flûte Champagne School

Champagne School is led by Herve Rousseau, owner of Flute and recognized champagne expert and educator. A native Parisian, Herve has been bringing his love of champagne to American audiences since 1993, when he worked as a champagne educator for Piper-Heidsieck, Krug and Charles-Heidsieck. In 1997 he opened the first Flute Champagne Lounge location in midtown Manhattan and has opened two more NYC locations since then. He is an officer of L'Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne. Herve is joined at each tasting by the representatives of the champagne houses being featured, who provide in-depth knowledge of the wineries.
