Chef Trish

Teaches at CocuSocial Cooking Classes

Chef Trish developed a love for pastry at a very young age, regularly begging her mother to let her make cookies. She learned cake decorating in her teens and began baking cakes and catering weddings for friends. She opened her own business selling pastries at farmers markets and festivals. Chef Trish has developed recipes and decorated cakes that have been highlighted on The Pioneer Woman and featured in the local news for her donations in the Houston LGBTQ community for local weddings.

Chef Trish has a passion for chocolate, and regularly creates new recipes featuring different types of chocolates and liqueurs. She is an experienced instructor in the art of creating chocolate candies. As the late Julia Child once said, “Find something you’re passionate about and keep tremendously interested in it.” Chef Trish definitely follows her advice.
