  Really enjoyed this class and the food. Aiko was a wonderful host and teacher. The food was delicious. I learned so much and can't wait to try the recipes on my own.

  Such a fun time! Aiko and her husband were lovely, and the food was even better. It game me a great basic understanding of Japanese flavors.

  Aiko was a great teacher and amazing host! The food was delicious and introduced in an accessible way. I would love to take more classes with her! We ended up doing the #2 menu instead of the #1, but literally everything we made was delicious and there are no regrets!

  This was an amazing experience. Aiko was a wonderful teacher and all of the food was delicious! We learned so much about Japanese culture and cuisine. I highly recommend this class! A huge "Thank You" to Aiko for such a special day! Can't wait to take the second class!
