Sarah Nicholls is a visual artist who makes pictures with language, books with pictures, prints with type, and animations with words. Her limited edition artist books are in the collections of the Brooklyn Museum, Stanford, UCLA, and the University of Pennsylvania, among others. For twelve years she ran the studio and education programs at the Center for Book Arts in New York. She teaches at Pratt Institute and Parsons School of Design.

I thought the instructor and class were excellent. My only problem was with the time required for the cleanup. Had I known in advance it would make the class time run another hour or more I would have been better able to manage my day.
