Wonderful experience. It was fun, but more importantly, we left feeling more inspired to cook and took with us skills and tips that we immediately implemented the next day. We actually cooked pretty much all day making meals for the week. Karen is a great teacher who clearly wants her students to learn and enjoy her class.

Subject, preparation, Karen and her assistant Denise were all great. We wish it had been a little more participatory.
