Wonderful experience. It was fun, but more importantly, we left feeling more inspired to cook and took with us skills and tips that we immediately implemented the next day. We actually cooked pretty much all day making meals for the week. Karen is a great teacher who clearly wants her students to learn and enjoy her class.

It was a pleasure learning from Chef Karen. She really had the class learning everything hands on. She even teaches the importance of (where, where not and why) when purchasing fish . The importance of ginger and mushrooms for you health. I plan to take many more of her classes.

What a course! Karen is an extremely impressive chef and wonderful teacher. I had a blast learning how to cook fish perfectly, and asking detailed cooking questions throughout. I really liked how the course focused on a few well-rounded dishes and Karen took the time to explain each step of each recipe. I enjoyed tasting the food as we made it rather than eating everything at the end of the course. I would definitely take another course with Karen. I highly recommend her!
