At Murray’s, we’re immersed in the world of cheese and charcuterie, constantly discovering exciting, surprising pairings. In this class, we share our favorites with you, along with the tastiest bits of knowledge, from how different styles are made to why they taste the way they do. You’ll enjoy an array of artisan cheeses and meats, expertly curated to create one-of-a-kind combinations. It’s a 90-minute journey of cheesy, savory exploration.

Format: guided tasting with a Murray’s expert in our classroom
Includes: 4 cheeses, 4 meats, signature accompaniments
Beverages: red and white wine

Additional Information

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.

During some of our classes, our content team and/or partners may be filming for social media purposes.

Refund Policy

Refunds less a 5% nonrefundable processing fee up to 2 business days before the event.
If you wish to transfer these tickets to an alternate party, please send us written communication to [email protected] 2 business days prior to the class.
Tickets cannot be transferred to an alternate class date.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
