What you'll learn in this acro dance class:
Acroyoga Based Partner Acrobatics Class + Jam (Advanced Beginner) Explore L-basing and standing acro as a flow, not just individual poses. Included in the curriculum is acro-specific strength conditioning and flexibility training. Coming from a focused yoga perspective, feel the connection to what’s happening within, as well as in your partnerships. Expect to train hard and push your limits of what you may have thought was possible for you. Meet new acro friends and partners, while expanding your communication skills and trust, as we continue to work our acrobatic skills with ourselves and others.
Stay for the acro jam after, free for class attendees.
Partner not necessary. Some prior experience required. We recommend to take at least 3 Basic Acro classes first or be familiar with basic poses.
What to wear:
Tighter fitted clothing will help prevent and fabric slipping as partners help balance each other. Clothing that covers the hips are recommended. Bring hair ties, for all your buns.
Stay for the acro jam after, free for class attendees.

If there are no students signed up the night before a class is scheduled, then the class will be cancelled. Because of this, you must sign up for your class 24 hours in advance.
