Fencing In Training (FIT) for Adults

This program is customized to serve the needs of both beginning fencers over the age of 18 and those who are looking to continue their training either recreationally or competitively.

The school's beginner’s package consists of semi-private classes, through which new students move from footwork to bladework to bouting in just three sessions.

For the experienced fencer, a typical hour-and-a-half class includes warm ups, footwork drills, timing exercises, and weapons control.

Additionally, intermediate/advanced adult fencers may participate in the junior group classes, and in their open bouting sessions.
