What you'll learn in this meditation class:
Explore the wisdom of your sacral chakra. In this class we will work on releasing blocks as a group through energy healing. When your sacral chakra is balanced, you can experience your emotions freely, pleasure and change. It is crucial for us to experience flow and hold space for the expression of this energy without constraining it.
Come with an open mind and a journal. We will be in a friendly, calming space for conversation, meditation and healing.
