From Cape Town to the Caribbean: A Diaspora Cooking Experience with Lorna Maseko

Join us for a special culinary experience as we welcome Chef Lorna Maseko for a flavorful journey through a vibrant Pan-African menu. As we shake off the winter chill, you’ll create warm, comforting, flavor-forward dishes that are soulful, generous, and rooted in tradition. Featured dishes will include fragrant Jollof Rice, Cape Malay Roasted Chicken, Epis-marinated Red Snapper, and Magwinya (South African donuts).

School Notes:

We don't have any age restrictions on either our classes or events. We take people of all ages, but those under 21 years of age are not allowed to consume wine or any alcoholic beverages.

Refund Policy

Tickets can be fully refunded up to a week before the class
If less than a week, you may reschedule or request a refund, with a $25 per ticket fee
If within 48 hours of class, there will be no refunds issued or rescheduling allowed (but tickets are transferable)
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount
