Date Night, Winter Feast
The course was a lot of fun. Each couple was responsible for one part of the meal. We had the soup. It turned out excellent and even though there was an incident with a cut finger everyone enjoyed themselves. Dan (the instructor) was very nice and casual. Eager to help. Thought we ate late (nearly 11pm), it was partially due to starting late (delayed to 8:30 due to weather). -

This class was 3 1/2 hours of pure fun and great food. We had a really good time and met some very nice people. Conversation never stopped. We learned techniques and took home the recipes and leftovers of what we made. The dinner at the end was simply delicious. Just be prepared to eat late. We sat down to eat at 10 pm. -
Classic Chinese Cooking
I really enjoyed this class! The teacher (Wai Chu) was very informative and thorough in his explanations. It was really helpful to learn about Chinese cooking beginning with the very basics like how to tenderize the meat, which flavors are from which regions and how to choose and care for a wok of your own. I would definitely recommend this course and teacher to others! -
