Take a culinary journey to Sicily by learning to make this fantastic homestyle recipe for Spaghetti and Meatballs.
Our Master Italian chef instructor will teach you how to make the perfect Sicilian Meatballs from scratch. Fun fact: the incorporation of pine nuts make this meatball recipe distinctly Sicilian. Your meatballs will be served over a plate of spaghetti (not made from scratch) with pre-made tomato sauce.
But that's not all! Chef Gianluca decided that Meatballs were not enough for you to master in just one class. So he will be surprising you with an Italian dessert that is nothing short of lit (pun intended). We'll give you a hint. There will be stone fruits, zabaglione cream, and a little bit of alcohol. You'll just have to join us to find out the rest.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. 21+

Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.

However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
