Thai Street Food
Reviewed by Carol S. on 7/14/2019
Chef Jay teaches much more than the techniques and skills needed to cook. He helps you fall in love with the spices and vegetables through his enthusiasm for the way they smell, feel and taste! He is very patient and creates an environment where everyone wants to work together to make the meal successful. I learned a lot as well as really enjoyed the evening!

The class went well. It was a bit overwhelming because it wasn't as much a lesson in Thai cooking as much as a time to try new recipes under the guidance of the instructor.
