    Very informative teachers. Wish the class sizes were a little smaller, ended up having to share our station with another couple but it was fine. Made a lot of sausage and cooked it at home. They were delicious!

    This class was so much fun! We were very lucky to be instructed by Shane & Margot. Clear instruction, fun activities, great beer and charcuterie upon entering the space, can't lose!! Definitely will recommend to other people!

    We had a great time taking this class. The instructors were great, personable, and full of valuable information. Plus, we got to take home A LOT of sausage! We definitely plan to take other courses that Dickson's has to offer.

    Pat and Jonas put on a great class and experience! We learned a lot from the experts so we could try to do this at home and we had a great time doing it. Highly recommend to those that want a fun experience and are trying to learn about making sausage.

    The class was fantastic! Interactive and hands on. The instructors were friendly and gave us a tour of the butcher shop at the end. We got to keep he sausages we made and they had a charcuterie board with drinks. The whole class was spot on and well organized. I had a smile from ear to ear. I was enlightened and impressed at the sausages created

    We had a fantastic time making sausage! Fred was awesome even though the group was larger than the classes they usually teach. Everyone was able to get in there and stuff their sausages!

    Great class. Fred knew everything and you could tell that he was genuinely trying to give us the best experience possible. When you show up, you're offered a plate of charcuterie along with booze. Once we all got there the class started, he walked us through the hardware and showed us how the process goes. Fred gave us the pork, some personal space and we got to work. Everything you make you get to take home. We made about 18 links per group (3 people) so it was a good haul. If anyone thinks the class is expensive, remember that theres always a promotion out there to shave 10-15 bucks off. Then you factor in the amount of food you get to eat (a lot), the drinks they provide (beer and wine) along with the links you take home and its a pretty solid deal! I'm actually thinking about taking a friend there and going back for the hell of it. Oddly cool thing to do as a "date" night option.

    The class was so much fun!!! It was a small size so you really got to have hands on learning and were able to ask as many questions as you wanted. The instructor was super knowledgable and laid back which made for a good class environment. I would definitely recommend this class and would take another with this instructor or at Dickson's
