What you'll learn in this dance class:
UNDERSTANDING STABILITY, BALANCE, AND MOBILITY WHILE YOU DANCE
Sergio Segura will be conducting a special workshop to explain and understand how to use your body for dancing Tango effortless.
We are attached to the earth physics laws and when something doesn’t work in Tango is because we are breaking those laws. Sergio will explain, in an easy way, how to move whiting those laws through biomechanics and give you recommendations about how to improve your functional anatomy by conditioning your body with great exercises.
Mapping your body, balance, control and being grounded while you dance, adapting your biomechanics and functional anatomy to the couple.
Who can take this course:
- Anyone with stability and balance problem
- Anyone who need postural correction
- Anyone who is frustrated trying to understand this subject
- I will reveal the “mystery” of Tango
Requirements
- No partner needed, No tango experience required
- Bring comfortable shoes and clothes.
- Bring a pair of socks or ballet shoes
