What you'll learn in this mixology class:
Benjamin Zorn is a mad scientist behind the bar. Come join him as he teaches how to make infusions, tinctures, bitters and cocktails. Using the healthy and flavor-packed herbs, spices, barks and roots in the shop, Benjamin will teach how to remove some of the guilt associated with imbibing. We will talk about flavor pairings, health benefits of different ingredients, basic cocktail techniques and drinking like an herbalist!
