Phenomenal experience, couldn't recommend it highly enough. The pace of the class was perfect, with Eric leading us through all of the whys and hows of cocktail making before guiding us through a couple of his bar's staple drinks. Being able to enjoy the drinks in the friendly confines of the bar behind the kitchen in which we made them added to a wonderful ambiance. I did the as a solo participant, but this is ideal for couples and large groups as well. -

This class was led by Svetlana who provided a wonderful experience that was both fun and educational! She answered all of my questions and provided insight that went above and beyond what I expected. She made sure everyone was going at a good pace and following along while cultivating a place to be curious. The class shares some fundamentals of mixology while Svetlana takes you along her twists on classic cocktails and *why* these twists work. I'm excited to practice what I learned at home and am definitely looking forward to seeing what she does next! -- and yes, the drinks are delicious. You get to enjoy them as you go along. Also, Abby's Kitchen is a very nice restaurant and Abby took the time to greet everyone and lead us to the restaurant's second bar that was reserved specifically for the class. I would absolutely attend a class here or taught by Svetlana again. -
